A Little History

  Long time baseball player and coach. Decided to try something different and went into fitness. Did a body recomposition and ended up competing on stage in Physique and fitness bodybuilding categories. Got into everything fitness related and progressed to study Strength & Conditioning and am currently an accredited ASCA Level 1 S&C coach.   There are many ways to get strong and fit. The challenge is to find the time in a week to do it and then to still be capable of practicing your sport with enough energy so that you maintain form and technique. This is where S&C fits in, and this is where I hope to assist you. I work with your MMA coaches to build a program to get you into good to great physically condition for your sport.
